Our Mission
Southern Illinois Counseling is dedicated to providing compassionate trauma informed counseling services to people struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Our goal is to empower our clients to achieve their own personal and professional goals, to break out of old patterns and to improve their overall quality of life.
Our Services
We provide evidence-based counseling services using talk therapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. We also offer specialized treatment techniques, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy that uses eye movements to alleviate the distress associated with traumatic memories.
